Consent Declaration within the Scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698

I have read and understood all the information provided above. In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), I have been informed in detail about the categories of personal data, the personal data to be processed, the purposes of processing, the recipients, the methods of collection and legal grounds, the identity of the data controller, and my rights concerning the personal data to be processed by GİMAS Girgin Makina İmalat Montaj ve Mühendislik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (the “Company”).

Except for personal data processed under Article 5/2-c and e of the Law, which allows the processing of personal data without explicit consent of the data subject, and except for special categories of personal data processed under Article 6/3-a, and except for personal and special categories of personal data transferred without explicit consent under Article 8/2, I hereby consent, fully aware of the meaning and consequences of this declaration and its possible future outcomes, to the collection, processing, storage, and transfer abroad (to overseas institutions in accordance with Article 9 of the Law and the Regulation on Procedures and Principles Regarding the Transfer of Personal Data Abroad) of my personal and special categories of personal data within the scope of the purposes, subject matter, categories, recipients, methods, and legal grounds specified in the Company's Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy and this Disclosure Text.

Furthermore, pursuant to Article 11 of the Law and related legislation, I acknowledge that I have the right to apply to the Company and request:

• To learn whether my personal data has been processed,

• To request information if my personal data has been processed,

• To learn the purpose of processing my personal data and whether it has been used in accordance with its purpose,

• To know the third parties to whom my personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,

• To request correction if my personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately and to notify the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,

• To request deletion, destruction, or anonymization of my personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist and to notify the third parties accordingly,

• To object to results arising against me through exclusively automated processing of my personal data,

• To claim compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of my personal data.

I acknowledge that I have the right to submit my requests including explanations related to my identity verification via the contact methods on the website or personally delivering to the Company Directorate at Atatürk Organize Sanayi Bölgesi 10008 Sokak No:6 Çiğli/İZMİR / TURKEY, or via a notary public or other methods specified in the Law.

I also declare that the personal data I share with the Company is accurate and up-to-date, and that I will notify the Company of any changes to this information.
