To continuously improve the performance of the Integrated Management System and achieve our objectives, our Policy is to:

•    Implement the Integrated Management System by prioritizing the satisfaction of all stakeholders and ensuring continuous improvement,
•    Promote awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environment, and Energy among all our stakeholders, especially our employees,
•    Utilize all available resources to identify objectives, risks, opportunities, and threats, and to monitor, measure, analyze, and evaluate performance and effectiveness of practices,
•    Take necessary measures to prevent work accidents, reduce occupational diseases, and fulfill food safety, information security, and hygiene requirements,
•    Protect the environment by enabling recycling and reducing the use of natural resources,
•    Fully comply with applicable legal regulations, national and international standards, and all other compliance obligations,
•    Provide the necessary training to improve employee competencies and ensure participation, encouragement, motivation, and communication,
•    Consult with employees and their representatives and ensure their involvement,
•    Develop emergency response plans to establish an organization capable of the fastest and most effective intervention in emergencies and ensure its effectiveness,
•    Regularly measure energy performance and energy efficiency, and carry out activities including the procurement of products and services to enhance and sustain energy efficiency,
•    Ensure the availability of necessary knowledge and resources to achieve energy targets,
•    Reduce consumption of energy sources dependent on imports, and utilize our domestic natural resources safely and sustainably.
