GIMAS Girgin Machine Manufacturing, Assembly, and Engineering Industry & Trade Inc. was founded in 1976 to produce steel structures and pressure vessels. Today, GIMAS is a globally active industrial enterprise that delivers high value-added solutions to a wide range of sectors, including machinery, mining, cement, energy, mineral processing, refining, and nuclear power.

Since our inception, we have combined Turkey’s industrial strength with international quality standards to deliver high-performance, reliable solutions for both local and global projects. Our ability to precisely analyze sector-specific needs, combined with robust engineering capabilities and internationally certified production processes, has positioned GIMAS as a trusted partner on the global stage.

Our production journey began in 1978 with a 6,000 m² workshop. In 1992, we relocated to our current facility in the Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone, built on a single parcel of land and covering 8,000 m². That same year marked the beginning of our export operations. Today, we are recognized as a regional export leader, operating with a total usable space of 83,000 m² comprising 35,000 m² of covered production area, 30,000 m² of open yard, and 18,000 m² of storage facilities.

On February 5, 2024, we broke ground on a new 10,000 m² production facility in Malta, which is expected to become operational in 2025. Once complete, this investment will significantly enhance our proximity and responsiveness to the European market, enabling faster and more efficient production and delivery. Also in February 2024, we established our German subsidiary and officially opened our Germany office on June 1, 2024. These strategic moves reflect our commitment to global expansion and strengthen GIMAS’s international presence and accessibility.

GIMAS specializes in the production of heavy industrial equipment, including mills, crushers, conveyors, mixers, turbine and generator components, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers. Our advanced manufacturing capabilities also extend to the production of high-precision components for the nuclear and renewable energy sectors-demonstrating our engineering excellence and unwavering commitment to quality.
