DECLARATION OF EXPLICIT CONSENT UNDER THE LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

I have read and understood all the information provided above. In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), I have been informed in detail about the categories of personal data, the personal data to be processed, the purposes of processing, the recipients, the methods of collection and legal reasons, the identity of the data controller, and my rights concerning the personal data to be processed by GİMAS Girgin Makina İmalat Montaj ve Mühendislik San. ve Tic. A.Ş (the Company).

Except for the personal data processed under Article 5/2 of KVKK, which allows processing without the explicit consent of the data subject, and the special categories of personal data processed under Article 6/3-a other than those requiring explicit consent, as well as the data transferred under Article 8/2 without explicit consent, I hereby accept and declare my explicit consent, with full awareness and understanding of the meaning and consequences of this declaration and the potential future outcomes, for the collection, processing, storage, and transfer abroad of my personal and special categories of personal data, limited to the purposes, topics, categories, transfers, methods, and legal reasons stated in the clarification text, within the framework of the duties specified in the legislation, to institutions abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the Law and the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Transfer of Personal Data Abroad, as informed in the KVKK Clarification Text by GİMAS Girgin Makina İmalat Montaj ve Mühendislik San. ve Tic. A.Ş.

Furthermore, in accordance with Article 11 of KVKK and related legislation, I acknowledge that I have the right to apply to the Company to learn whether my personal data is being processed; to request information if my personal data has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties within the country or abroad to whom the personal data is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction of my personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist; to request notification of such corrections or deletions to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; to object to the emergence of a result against me by analysis of the data processed exclusively through automatic systems; to claim compensation for damages if I suffer damages due to unlawful processing of my personal data. I also acknowledge that I have the right to exercise these rights by submitting a request, including explanations regarding the right I want to use along with necessary identity information, either personally to the Company Directorate located at Atatürk Organize Sanayi Bölgesi 10008 Sokak No:6 Çiğli/İzmir/TURKEY, or via communication means available on the website, or through a notary or other methods specified in KVKK.

Additionally, I accept and declare that the personal data I share with the Company is accurate and up-to-date, and that I will notify the Company of any changes in this information.
