At GIMAS, quality is not a separate department it is an integral part of the production process. Every piece of equipment undergoes strict quality control procedures, from initial material intake to final delivery. Materials without an EN 3.1B certificate are not allowed to enter the production process. All tests and measurements carried out during manufacturing are logged into our quality system and retained until the end of their legal liability period.

Our quality control team includes mechanical engineers, welding engineers, technicians, and certified NDT (non-destructive testing) specialists. The team is fully equipped to perform all tests in-house in accordance with national and international standards.

For each delivery, we provide our clients with a comprehensive quality dossier that includes material certificates, dimensional inspection reports, welding inspection results, and coating thickness reports.
